At Nomad Remote Support, we take data security seriously. We assist both end-client companies and MSPs in achieving GDPR compliance while also offering expert recommendations to enhance security measures.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

When handling contractors’ and applicants’ data, we collect only the information necessary for job applications. We do not engage in automated profiling, external data aggregation, or data sharing with third parties.

Privacy by Design

Nomad Remote Support follows a ‘Privacy by Design’ model, in line with the recommendations of the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Instead of relying solely on policies—which can be bypassed—we implement systems where privacy and security are embedded in the workflow.

For example, rather than prohibiting the downloading of client data onto local drives, we equip our engineers with tools that ensure all essential operations are performed without persisting sensitive data. Information is temporarily held in RAM and is automatically and securely erased, eliminating risks through design rather than policy alone.
